Based in Glasgow, DM Detailing cover the whole of west central Scotland, although we have been known to travel further afield. Founded by David McKellar in 2007 we have become one of Scotland’s finest vehicle valeters and detailers. DM Detailing is an independent company who do not contract any work out and all work is undertaken by David so you, the customer know you are getting the expertise and attention to detail that we have built our name upon.

We are a fully mobile business operating from an immaculately presented Volkswagen Caddy car derived van – pictures of our van can be viewed on this site. We carry our own water supply and also our own power supply which gives me the edge over other companies but if possible we like access to a power socket for ease of use and lower noise levels generated.

What distinguishes our company from others is that the same amount of effort and dedication is put into all work, not just high end prestige cars – be it Fiat or Ferrari, the attention to detail and methods used do not change, we do not have a “quick wash and wax” service as this technique is not going to benefit your vehicle in any way.

We have sourced only the best products, ingredients and tools for our trade, anything from horse hair wheel brushes to high end carnauba waxes which are made only from the finest ingredients in the world when it comes to automotive car care and preparation. All our products are tried and tested so whatever the eventuality there is a product that will be sufficient to the cause – we stay away from many of the harsh “trade products” they may be value for money, but do not reach the levels of expectation our customers come to expect.

Our work is fully insured so incase of any occurring accident you should not need to worry (thankfully we’ve never had to call upon this service).
